Today 100 years ago Tsar Nicholas II, his wife Alexandra Feodorovna, and their five children were killed by their Bolshevic guards at Ekaterimburg. Following the February Revolution of 1917, Nicholas abdicated on behalf of himself and his son. He and his family were imprisioned and transferred to Tobolsk first and then to their final destiny.
Next, a song about Rasputin, who befriended of last Tsar (he was a healer and a kind of personal doctor of the youngest child of Nicholas II and Alexandra) and gained considerable influence in late imperial Russia. The song is covering an original theme by Boney M.
