Today, a few words for refugees. The UN celebrates today the World Refugee Day. We have talked about this and related issues before (check * for example), so let me share some brief thoughts. This conmemoration arrives after some sad news from the US about how children are separated from their parents during their deportation procedures, and after another example of the absence of common migratory politics at the European Union. Both news share the same origin: not in my back yard. Forgetting about that all of us are human beings, and that something that could help solving some of these problems is try to avoid inequalities among countries; money should not be the only driver; the universal access to appropiate living conditions could avoid wars (another driver of people that leave their country for peace and better conditions), and the risky trips that many people start to live their dreams.

So, we can all do our part!
