Today several connected ephemeris; let’s name them chronologically:
1961. Brian Epstein saw The Beatles playing live for the first time at the Cavern (Liverpool).
1966. John Lennon met Yoko Ono when he was visiting her art exhibition ‘Unfinished Paintings and objects’ at the Indica Gallery in London.
1967. (Today is its 50th Birthday!). The first issue of the magazine Rolling Stone was published in San Francisco. It featured a photo of John Lennon on the cover, dressed in army fatigues while recording the film ‘How I won the war’. Later on, John Lennon (and Yoko Ono) also stared in the cover of this magazine that have been considered the best cover by the Americano Society of Magazine’s Editors.
